CANCELLATION POLICY
i get it! life happens! if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or if there is a no call no show - you will be charged 100% of the service payment. it will be 50% of the service in the 48 hour window. if you are 10 minutes late with no communication you will be considered a no call no show. if you need to reschedule - your new appointment must be within 72 hours to avoid a reschedule fee for 100% of the service.
